WHAT IS 3D PRINTING?

From a digital model to a physical product.

Instead of using a mold to make thousands of identical parts, 3D printing builds a physical object from a digital model one thin layer at a time. The printer deposits material in carefully controlled paths until the full component is complete.

Depending on the size and complexity of the part, a print can run for hours. Once printing is complete, BRT finishes, assembles, inspects, and prepares the product for the customer.

This manufacturing method is a strong fit for BRT because it supports smaller production runs, caliber-specific products, multiple configurations, and customization that would be impractical with traditional mass manufacturing.

WHY BRT USES IT

Small batches. Specialized products. Real customization.

3D printing gives BRT the flexibility to manufacture in smaller batches, offer caliber-specific products, and create custom details without mass-producing thousands of identical pieces.

01
FLEXIBLE

Different calibers and configurations don’t require a warehouse full of mass-produced inventory.

02
CUSTOMIZABLE

Colors, graphics, personalization, and themes can be combined to create something specifically for you.

03
EVOLVING

Our manufacturing process lets us continue refining existing products and developing new ones.

Design note: Current BRT ammo box models are designed by Layer51 and produced under commercial license. Bench Rest Tools performs the in-house printing, finishing, assembly, color configuration, and custom work.
